統一獅球團28日公布新教練團名單，原任2軍總教練黃甘霖升任1軍代總教練，成為隊史第11位總教頭。

獅隊今年無緣奪總冠軍，讓「郭總」郭泰源10月26日請辭，秋訓期間代理教頭的陳連宏也在11月22日請辭，迫使統一獅教練團重新改組，並於28日宣布由獅隊出身的黃甘霖接下1軍兵符。

今年41歲的黃甘霖，曾創下「盜壘

王」5連霸紀錄，2010年結束球員生涯後，隔年起擔任2軍總教練，由於教練磨練多年，原本就被看好是接下1軍教頭呼聲最高的人選。

獅隊1、2軍新教練團名單，除了獅隊元老球員杜福明之外，其餘都是3、4字頭的新生代教練，被球團寄望明年球季打出新氣象。

獅隊球員郭俊佑、劉育辰與?壯勳3人，均由球員轉任教練，郭俊佑轉任1軍外野守備教練及跑壘指導員，劉育辰擔任2軍打擊教練，涂壯勳擔任2軍體能教練。首席教練因人選尚未確定暫時懸缺。

獅隊調整後1軍教練團為：代總教練黃甘霖、投手助理教練鄭博壬、牛棚教練杜福明、內野守備教練許聖杰、捕手教練高政華、外野守備教練郭俊佑、體能教練一色優、跑壘指導教練莊景賀。

2軍教練團為：總教練許峰賓、打擊教練劉育辰、投手教練高建三、投捕教練陳俊輝體能教練?壯勳。

另原來懸缺的2軍教頭由許峰賓接任。原任外野守備教練楊松弦及跑壘指導教練王子菘不再續約。
